Viktoria Maroulis - Founder & Creative Director
Viktoria's path to RO was shaped by two distinct yet complementary worlds.
Six years in yacht charter management gave her a deep understanding of the industry, the expectations of owners, the precision required by crew, and the experience of guests who accept nothing less than the best. It was a background rooted in reality, in detail, and in the quiet complexity of life on board.
A Master's in interior design, followed by two years of practice, brought a different kind of knowledge. How to read a space, put it together with care, and turn a vision into something that lasts.
RO was founded where these two paths meet, with the belief that truly great interiors require both.

Kassandra Christidou— Head of Sales & Business Development
Kassandra brings to RO something that cannot be taught. Fifteen years of life on board at the highest level. As a chief stewardess, she has been directly involved in the setup, refit, and day-to-day running of high-end yacht interiors across some of the most demanding vessels in the world. That experience has given her a deep understanding of both the functional and aesthetic standards this industry requires. What works, what lasts, and what truly elevates a space beyond the expected.
She has lived the standards we design for and at RO she is our eyes from the inside. The voice that keeps every choice grounded in the reality of life on board.
Marie Molls — Partner & Advisor
Marie brings twenty-five years at the forefront of the luxury yachting industry to RO. Having built and led business development teams across Europe and the United States, her understanding of this world, its clients, its standards, and its demands, is unmatched.
She has spent her career alongside the most discerning clients in the industry and knows instinctively how to meet their expectations. At RO, she brings that depth of knowledge, her global network, and a lifelong passion for this industry to everything we do.
